Trimming Instructions

Woods (Core White, Core Blue, Core Blue CB): 0” tip trim for a driver, ½” tip trim for a #3 wood, 1” for a #5 wood and beyond.  After tip trimming, cut to final playing length from the butt.

Fairway Woods: 0” tip trim for #3 wood, ½” tip trim for a #4 wood, 1” tip trim for a #5 wood, 2” tip trim for a #7 wood and beyond.  After tip trimming, cut to final playing length from the butt.

Hybrids: H2 Hybrid trim 1” from the tip, H3 – 1 ½” tip trim, H4 – 2” tip trim, H5 – 2 ½” tip trim.  After tip trimming, trim to final playing length from the butt.

Irons: 0” tip trim for a #2 iron, ½” tip trim for a #3 iron, 1” tip trim for a #4 iron, 1 ½” tip trim for a #5 iron, 2” tip trim for a #6 iron, 2 ½” tip trim for a #7 iron, 3” tip trim for an 8 iron, 3 ½” tip trim for a #9 iron, 4” tip trim for a PW.  After tip trimming, trim to final playing length from the butt.
